Reproductions of paintings

Matted reproductions may be purchased directly from Kathy Hill by check or money order.  laveta_artist@hotmail.com . Many of these reproductions, as well as many not shown here, are available at Dakota Dukes in Cuchara, the Darkwood Gallery in Walsenburg, and at the Gallery of the Spanish Peaks Arts Council in La Veta.

The reproductions are double matted with a backing and protected by clear plastic art bags.  The sizes of the reproductions vary according to the format of the original painting.  There are three basic sizes available:

A. 11" x 14" $35 / B. 12" x 16" $40 / C. 12" x 18" $40. (Plus $10 shipping & handling for up to 2 matted prints). Each image is labeled A, B, or C, depending on which mat size is available for that image. Click on the pictures below, to see more available reproductions

Custom sizes may also be ordered, but not larger than the sizes listed. If you see an original painting that is not shown available as a reproduction, please inquire as to whether a reproduction of that painting is available. The maximum matted size is 12" x 18", with smaller sizes possible. There are a few paintings that are available as Giclée prints.

The reproductions are individually printed and color corrected by the artist on a Minolta Color Copier. Watercolors reproduce especially well on color copiers because the actual painting can be placed on the copier with the resulting whites being reproduced cleanly.  Oil paintings reproduce better digitally, so I will make an inkjet print of the digital image of the oil painting and make color copies of the inkjet print. Occasionally I will offer the actual inkjet print as a reproduction because it reproduces the painting better.
